其實這不是笑話，是男人的浪漫。

青色吊帶裙、粉紅色長襪，英國男子德萊尼（ Barry Delaney）穿成這副德性出席葬禮，看似不敬，但其實裙底裏有着無限的真摯友情。
死者埃利奧特（ Kevin Elliott）是他摯友，兩人出身入死，曾約定誰先死誰就要穿花俏裙子出席葬禮。

德萊尼和埃利奧特在英國蘇格蘭一起長大，情同手足，都「願意為對方做任何事」。
埃利奧特後來加入英軍，派駐阿富汗回教原教旨武裝組織塔利班橫行的赫爾曼德省。
上月底他中伏身亡。
痛失摯友，德萊尼十分傷心，但在震驚與哀傷中，他不忘兄弟承諾：「誰先死，誰就要穿有綠色點的粉紅色裙出席葬禮。」

"We said that whoever died first, the other one had to wear a pink dress with green spots to the funeral – and we shook on it. It was mainly his idea and the more I think about it, I’m sure Kevin knew something was going to happen."
